- Fill in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram
- Contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram

We do not collect payment card details on our website. If you pay for training, payment is handled by the payment provider you use at the time.

- Meta / Facebook and Instagram: If you fill in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the information you enter on that form and shares it with us so we can contact you. Meta also handles that form under its own privacy policy.
- Appointy: Our booking page is provided by Appointy. When you book through Appointy, Appointy collects the booking details you enter and shares them with us.
- Service providers: We may use other providers to host our website, send messages, or process payments. They only receive the information they need to do their job.
- Legal reasons: We may share information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our clients and staff.
We do not share your information with other businesses for their own marketing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your contact and booking information for as long as needed to provide training and to keep our business records, and then we delete it or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
